Price/Month:

You are billed on a monthly basis depending on the Service Plan and the service level you select. When the monthly Myezbills bill arrives on the anniversary date of signing up each month you will receive an email alert just like with your other bills (this bill does not count towards your "number of transactions"). We set up Myezbills as a payee and your monthly service fee will be automatically deducted on the first of each month from your approved payment method.

Number of Transactions:

You are able to maintain as many payees within the system as outlined in our Total Bill Management plan. If you do not make any payments or receive any bills for a particular payee within a specific month, you can mark the payee inactive. If a payment is made, or a bill is received for a payee marked as inactive, the payee will automatically be switched to an active status. Note: Receiving a bill and paying a bill are considered separate transactions.

Additional Transactions/Month:

You are allowed additional transactions per month over the service level limit and an extra charge for each additional transaction will be charged as outlined in our Service Plans. Note: Receiving a bill and paying a bill are considered separate transactions. Back to Top




Receive 100% Bills Online

Unlike a bill pay service, MyEZBills Total Bill Management™ service level combines both electronic and paper bills so that you can literally receive 100% of your bills online today. The Pay Anyone Plus Service Plan allows presentment of eBills; however, scanned paper bills are not part of this service. Back to Top




Pay 100% of Bills Online

Make fast, easy payments to someone who doesn't normally send you a bill (like the baby-sitter, gardener or a friend). Basically you can make a payment to any domestic payee. Back to Top




eBills™- FREE

A eBill is an electronic version of your bill that we retrieve directly from your payee's Web site and display for you online in the MyEZBills Bill Center. With eBills almost any online bill can now be presented to you conveniently through one easy-to-use interface.

Email Alerts :

Email Alerts are customer communications sent by email that inform you of specific billing events, consisting of the following notifications:

  • upon bill receipt

  • prior to payment due date

  • after payment has been made

  • when an expected bill has not been received

You can choose to turn each of these notifications on or off for each payee. You will also receive weekly reminders for your upcoming payments. Back to Top



Automatic and Recurring Payments:

You can pre-authorize payments to specific payees using these two features: Apply the Automatic Payment feature to any payee for which Myezbills receives a bill. With automatic payments, you can establish rules that determine when and how much to pay a specific payee. For example, you can set up a rule that specifies: "If my utility bill is less than $500, pay the full amount; otherwise, pay $500". Use the Recurring Payment feature for those bills that are paid on a regular schedule and are the same amount each time (e.g., car loan or mortgage). Back to Top




Multiple Payment Source:

With this option you can pay bills using funds from multiple financial institutions. Simply provide us with the routing and account numbers for each financial institution you want to use. Note that the financial institution you provide must support the ability to transfer funds electronically. Back to Top

Online Archive:

Your bills will be available online for your review and reference for the previous 12 months on a rolling calendar basis. Bills outside the 12 month rolling period will be securely stored within our systems, and available for retrieval upon request (see Electronic Retrieval below). Back to Top




NSF & Stop Payment Charges:

You will be charged $25 for each non-sufficient funds transaction or stop payment we receive from your approved payments method(s).Back to Top




Status CD and CD On-Demand:

The Status CD provides you with a copy of all your records for a given year, saved on a compact disc which you can keep indefinitely. We include the following on the CD:

  • an easy-to-use viewer

  • copy of all your bills processed over the past year

  • copy of each payment made over the past year

Electronic Retrieval:

If you ever need a copy of a bill that is no longer online and has been stored in our system, you can request a copy by sending an email to Client Services. We will retrieve a copy of the bill and email it back to you within 2 business days of receiving the request. Back to Top




Active Customer:

You become an active customer and your chosen monthly service fee begins the day your payment method is approved. Back to Top
